How to get Powerpoint into Flash.

Select the preso you'd like to throw into Flash and select "Save As..." from the File menu. From here, you'll see the typical choices. Scroll down in the "Save as type" dropdown to choose Windows Metafile. Then, save. When prompted select the current slide or all of the slides in the presentation, whichever works for you.

(If you choose all slides, Powerpoint will create a folder that contains all of the slides.)
