Setting up the "If Frame is Loaded" action involves nesting a "Goto and Play" action inside of an "If Frame is Loaded" Action (See below). In the example, the If Frame is Loaded is waiting for frame 100 to be loaded before it performs the Goto and Play action. If frame 100 has not been loaded, it will not perform the Goto action. The movie will simply keep playing as if it had not been instructed to do anything.
