Tutorial: How to rewind embedded Flash movies in Powerpoint 97

First things first, why are you still using Microsoft Powerpoint 97? If your answer is, "I'm not," then you belong over here.

So, your movie just keeps playing the same thing over and over. Or, worse yet, it sits at the end of the movie and won't go anywhere. You don't have the original Flash file, so you can't put a "Goto Frame 1 and Stop" action in the movie.* What to do? What to do?
